It can cover everything from small precision shafts to the main shafts of large equipment. The general turning accuracy can reach IT1–IT10 level (approximately ±0.002 to 0.01mm), while the precision turning can reach IT0–IT8 level (approximately ±0.001 to 0.003mm). The surface roughness is generally Ra0.2 to 1.3μm, and the precision turning can be controlled within Ra0.2 to 1.2μm, providing a reliable blank foundation for subsequent fine grinding and assembly.
